How exactly is that?

Yes. A cut in a quota is indeed a cut. It means that they are not even trying to produce as much as they were. Instead of rushing to increase production (As we asked) they actually announced they would reduce their quotas (to drive prices higher). A massive failure on the part of those negotiating on our behalf (and contrary to what those "negotiators" indicated.

Good job dragging all the PARF threads over here. Seems a bit desperate (and against the rules).

I sure hope that no one listened when you assured all that inflation was transitory (and it hurt them financially). You were just as sure about that, and it turns out you hadn't a clue. Anyone with high school econ class could have told you otherwise.

I think I was pretty clear. Once again...why did you bring old posts of mine from A PARF discussion regarding Tucker Carlson's complaints regarding energy policy and Putin to OT and try to use it in a current discussion about Oil prices? Couldn't argue what was posted here? Shilling was ineffective there?

87 octane on Rt 91 near State Road, North Canton, at the Marathon station. Oh, skuze me, Ohio.

$3.29 per MF gallon.

This is way better data than a member shoving some Tucker Carlson horse crap up your bum and then having to suffer through reading your response.

Get in your 75 Pacer wagon, get out there and provide some feedback on prices.

Just sayin'.

It ain't all about you. Said with the utmost respect. Zip it for a minute. Can you?

With the utmost respect, I did not post the PARF thread here, make any posts about Carlson (or call the other guy out) ...I simply responded...so you are complaining to the wrong person.

I am out every day and see the high prices...so I cannot understand why I keep seeing such glee (and excuses) for them here...or understand why I need to be told what they are (as I see them myself). If you only want prices posted here...then nag the other guys that are posting similar as well.

It isn't all about you either. Said with the utmost respect. Zip it yourself. Can you?

I deleted the other posts. I will leave only this one.

Fint's new math.
100,000 OPEC quota cut is "cutting way back"
618,000 OPEC and 160,000 Saudi increase in August is "up slightly ".

Funny how what you attribute to me (both sentences) ...have far more of your words in them than mine (including your dates and numbers as 'my math'). It seems that all the "math" is yours.

People are perfectly capable of reading my position in context where I post it rather than the one you create for me.

Bob,

Gas was $4.34 a gallon on Pennsylvania Avenue (Washington D.C.) this morning. I hope this helps.

Sooner or later09-16-2022 03:44 AM

Up over eleven cents the last week to city avg of $3.12 (AAA data). Gas Buddy says city cheapest at $2.98.

911SauCy09-16-2022 04:50 AM

87 Octane is still north of $4 in Connecticut, typically hovering around $4.15, some stations getting as much as $5.15 for 87.

Premium, 93, in CT, is always $1/gal more than 87.....

Shaun @ Tru609-16-2022 05:06 AM

Filled up the Cayenne yesterday at BP for $4.06/gallon for 93. As I said earlier, that means PSM gets turned off more. $3.29 for 93 is the lowest "last 5 years" price IIRC so $4 is getting down there.

rfuerst911sc09-16-2022 05:09 AM

$2.679 for 87 octane at Ingles grocery yesterday.

Evans, Marv09-16-2022 08:11 AM

Woiw! Ours went down to $5.34 after going up twelve cents in the past week. Getting more affordable by the day!

pete379909-16-2022 01:25 PM

$4.999 diesel - 3.799 reg. gas.

stevej3709-16-2022 01:27 PM

$3.43 for reg here today.

rockfan409-23-2022 04:29 PM

Gas go up for anyone else?
It was 3.48/gal this morning, 3.69 tonight.
Nothing on the local news.

Filled up a week ago in Davenport IA, 3.18.

lindbhr09-23-2022 04:34 PM

The BP refinery in Toledo blew up a few days ago. This might be impacting prices in your area.

rfuerst911sc09-23-2022 04:34 PM

$2.629 for 87 octane yesterday in Cleveland Georgia . Diesel at the same station $4.499 .

WPOZZZ09-23-2022 05:38 PM

You guys suck! At Costco, Premium is still $4.99 and has been that way for months.

VINMAN09-23-2022 05:52 PM

Back up a few cents here...
